Our micarta is phenol-free material, based on epoxy resin without use of solvents such as toluene and styrene, which makes working with it safe for human health. However please use PPE gear to protect your respiratory system and eyes from fine dust.
QUALITY AND EASE OF PROCESSING
This durable micarta is suitable for all the types of knives. It is made by high-pressure hot pressing that gives it excellent hardness and quality. Use a hand tool, CNC or waterjet to shape your knife handle. The material can be perfectly cut, drilled and sanded.
POLISHING
We know how important it is to optimize all stages of production. That's why we pay so much attention to the physical and mechanical properties of our miсarta. To add shine, use sandpaper up to 3000 grits and a polishing paste (white or pink rouge on a soft buffing wheel).
DIVERSITY
A large selection of colors allows you to stand out from a great number of manufacturers. We try to produce the material with high dimensional accuracy. By choosing suitable thickness of the material you can optimize the production costs.
